NNA - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed today that his country's forces will go ahead with a planned ground attack in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, despite warnings that it may lead to large numbers of casualties, according to Agence France-Presse.

He said at the beginning of the cabinet meeting, "No amount of international pressure will prevent us from achieving all the goals of the war, and to do that we will also move in Rafah."
