NNA – House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Thursday received at the second presidency headquarters in Ain el-Tineh, the General Superior of the Lebanese Maronite Order, Father Hadi Mahfouz, along with a delegation of fathers from the order.

The meeting reportedly touched on the country’s the general situation, as well as on political and field developments in light of Israel's continued aggression against Lebanon and Gaza.

Berri also met with Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Abdullah Bou Habib, with whom he discussed the latest political developments.

The House Speaker also discussed tourism-related matters with Caretaker Minister of Tourism, Walid Nassar, and received MPs Tony Frangieh, Sajih Atiyeh, and William Tawk, with whom he reviewed legislative matters and updates.
