NNA - Deputy House Speaker, Elias Bou Saab, on Tuesday welcomed in his office at the Parliament, UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Joanna Wronecka.

Bou Saab denounced "the serious attack on the Iranian consulate building in Damascus, which constitutes a dangerous indicator," considering it a "flagrant violation of all international laws." Bou Saab also denounced "the attack that targeted a UNIFIL patrol in southern Lebanon."

Discussions also touched on the presidential and municipal elections’ dossier, whereby Bou Saab stressed "the necessity of holding these elections, and that the government bears the responsibility of not postponing them."
