NNA - The High Relief Commission announced, in a statement this evening, that "Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati gave his instructions to HRC to take all immediate and necessary measures to stand by the people of the collapsed building in the al-Qubba area - Dahr al-Maghar in the city of Tripoli, and to secure all their needs."
