NNA – Following the closing of polls at 7:00 o’clock this evening, Prime Minister Najib Mikati thanked "all those responsible for the holding of elections, from officials to poll chiefs."

Speaking from the Ministry of Interior, Mikati said, "Every election has flaws and the team managed to tackle them, and we came out with a great victory for the Lebanese state and citizens."
