NNA - Youth and Sports Minister, George Kallas, said after casting his vote on Sunday that he wagered on "the role of young people in building tomorrow's Lebanon by carrying out their national duty and constitutional rights and electing those who carry their aspirations and achieve their hopes."

“Young people are called forth to elect, not just vote for the sake of voting. Be conscientious and choose your destiny,” he added in an address to Lebanese youth.

"Before and during the electoral process, and after sorting the votes and announcing the results, we will stay together to save Lebanon."
