NNA - State Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation, Ghassan Oueidat, on Thursday issued an order in which he demanded not to be handed any decision, memo, correspondence or document from judicial investigator Judge Tarek Bitar relating to the Beirut port blast case given that the latter has been recused from the affair.
