NNA - Russia's ambassador to America, Anatoly Antonov, stated, "The American administration did not communicate with the Russian embassy after the terrorist attack on the Crocus City concert hall near Moscow," according to Sputnik.

 “There were no contacts,” Antonov said, noting that “the greatest evil is terrorism, and that the most important aspect of the entire Russian-American relationship is the fight against terrorism.”

He pointed out that "communications between the United States and Russia in the field of the war on terrorism were destroyed," stressing that "the fault is not on Moscow's part."
