NNA - The Russian Interior Ministry confirmed today that those suspected of carrying out the attack on a concert hall in a Moscow suburb on Friday, which was claimed by ISIS, are “foreign citizens.”
The ministry said in a statement reported by Agence France-Presse: "The four suspects who were arrested are “foreign citizens” without specifying their nationalities.
Russian media and a Russian MP had previously confirmed that some of the suspects were from Tajikistan.
