NNA - Footage filmed in the Chilean coastal resort city of Vina del Mar on Sunday shows the wildfire raging in the residential area with houses burning as firefighters and locals work to prevent the spread of the disaster.

Local media are reporting up to 59 people have now died with nearly 400 still missing, while over 14,000 homes have been left without water and 1,000 homes have been destroyed.

However, authorities suspect that one of the fires was started deliberately and a criminal investigation was started on the matter. --- RT
