NNA - Today, the United Nations condemned the "heinous" Russian attack that targeted civilians in the center of the city of Chernigov, in northern Ukraine, leaving at least seven dead and 110 injured, according to local authorities.

"It is outrageous to attack the main square of a large city in the morning, while people are strolling, and some go to church to celebrate a religious event," said Donise Brown, the UN Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine.
