10:00 am The Media and Communications Parliamentary Committee, chaired by MP Ibrahim Moussawi, convenes to discuss all aspects of telecommunications, along with a review of the latest developments in this field.
10:00 am The Public Works, Transport, Energy, and Water Committee, chaired by MP Saje' Atiya, will study the proposal related to electric power distribution companies in Lebanon and the proposal aiming to extend the application of Law No. 264 (regarding exceptions for hotels from certain construction provisions).
10:30 am The Human Rights Committee, chaired by MP Michel Moussa, continues discussions on amending Law No. 673/1998 concerning narcotics, psychotropic substances, and precursors. Additionally, they will proceed with the study of the proposal to amend certain phrases in Lebanese laws that infringe upon human dignity.

11:00 am Acting Governor of the Lebanese Central Bank, Dr. Wassim Mansouri, visits the General Labor Confederation in Lebanon and meets with economic and legal experts to explain the financial and banking situation, the issue of depositors, and potential solutions.
11:00 am The "National Council for Audiovisual Media" meets at its headquarters to address electronic media issues through a temporary committee formed to discuss challenges, media policies, the Gaza conflict, and its aftermath. All electronic media institutions across regions can cover and participate in the dialogue.

3:00 pm Seminar and book signing event for "Public Procurement Law: Opportunities for Success and Implementation Challenges" by Judge Dr. Wassim Abu Saad. The event, hosted by the Modern Publishing House, is under the patronage of Caretaker Minister of Justice Judge Henry Khoury and President of the Court of Accounts Judge Mohammed Badran, held at the Lawyer's Syndicate - Grand Celebration Hall. Speeches will be delivered by Minister Khoury, Judges Badran and Abu Saad, followed by the book signing.
