1:30 pm        Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Abdullah Bou Habib, receives the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, at the Grand Serail. A press conference will follow the meeting.
