NNA - "Liberation and Development" bloc member Deputy Hani Kbeisi called on all sides to approve a fair electoral law for the upcoming elections.
"Let's make Lebanon one electoral district based on proportionality where all political sides would be represented to achieve justice," the MP urged in a ceremony held by Amal movement in Zibdin-South Lebanon.
He called on the security apparatuses to lift the political cover on any saboteur that tampers with Lebanon's stability and called on all sides not to drag Lebanon into the Syrian uprising.
Kbeisi said that Lebanon is too small to topple any regime, urging all parties in Lebanon to resort to dialogue and preserve Lebanon.
"No one can ruin Lebanon just to defeat the Syrian regime," the MP asserted.
The MP accused some sides of rejecting dialogue and disrupting the state's role and duties.
