NNA - Social Affairs Minister, Wael Abu Faour, dispatched on Wednesday a delegation to meet with the parents of late infant Moemin al-Mohammad, from the Akkar village of Burj al-Arab, for further details about the circumstances which had lead to the wretched death of their child.
A 22-month-old infant died at the doors of a hospital in north Lebanon Tuesday after he was denied treatment due to his parent's inability to cover hospital expenses.
Abou Faour also cabled Health Minister, Ali Hassan Khalil, requesting thorough investigations to be held into the incident.
