NNA - Future Bloc MP, Khaled Zahraman, held a press conference at residence of family of martyr Sergeant Ibrahim Zahraman Saturday, whereby he stated that the family does not endorse the concept of revenge and wants justice through the judicial system, expressing utmost faith in wisdom of Lebanese Armed Forces Chief, General Jean Qahwaji.


The family maintained that the statement issued by former PM Saad Hariri summed up their stance as well especially with regards to supporting the army and calling for full cooperation with this institution and with justice away from any attack on the honorable town of Arsal.


"We fully trust the wisdom of army commander, General Jean Qahwaji, in dealing with the aftermath of this tragedy so that proper investigations could be carried out until the truth is reached and culprits held accountable without politicizing the incident."


Zahraman asserted to all media outlets that the people of Arsal were considered family and refused any type of tampering with their dignity.


"We wager on the cooperation of the elders of this dear town with the army command to hand over the wanted so that investigations could proceed to find out who is innocent and try the perpetrators and put an end to strife."
