NNA - On Monday, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, considered the evacuation order issued by Israel to residents east of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip “inhumane,” according to Agence France-Presse.

“It is inhumane and contradicts the basic principles of international humanitarian law and international human rights law,” Türk said in a statement.
