NNA - Bahaa Rafik Hariri on Tuesday wrote on X platform: "The criminal Assad regime in Syria has fallen, but its loyalists, who inflicted unimaginable suffering on both Syrians and Lebanese for decades, are now seeking refuge from justice. We fear for Lebanon if these individuals are allowed to enter and escape accountability. I urge the Lebanese government, led by Prime Minister Najib Mikati, to take action and prevent these figures from making Lebanon their new haven. Any leniency with this threat must be avoided, as it is the government's responsibility to ensure justice and hold those accountable for decades of pain and suffering."
