NNA - Caretaker Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, on Friday expressed his sorrow and condemnation following an Israeli airstrike on a Civil Defense center in Duris, which claimed the lives of several personnel. Writing on X platform, Mawlawi stated: 

"The martyrs of duty continue to water the homeland’s soil with their blood, time and again. A salute to the souls of the personnel martyred in the Israeli raid on their center in Duris. Civil Defense heroes, along with security and military forces, will remain steadfast beside their people, responding to every humanitarian call. Condemnation alone is not enough; the conscience of the world must awaken and act."
