"Batroun is not on the front line of the confrontation, nor is it in the south, and despite that, the enemy targeted a Lebanese citizen in a kidnapping operation without any objection or condemnation from the "sovereigns", so where are they from this violation of sovereignty and where are you from what happened and is happening from Israeli attempts to spread sedition inside Lebanon," wrote Minister of Culture, Mohammed Mortada on X platform.

Addressing the "sovereigns," the minister added: "The resistance deters aggression on the borders, so protect Lebanese sovereignty and citizens inside, even through media positions, from the treachery of the enemy, its agents, its crimes, and its sedition."
