NNA - Head of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee, MP Michel Moussa, tweeted today: “On the International Day for People with Special Needs, Lebanon is still far from implementing Law 220/2000, which seeks to integrate them into society...So we aim within the Human Rights Committee to make amendments to the law, especially after the Parliament approved the international agreement last April."
