NNA - Higher Learning and Education Minister Hassan Diab discussed on Thursday a cooperation agreement with the Italian Scientific Research Council, aiming to boost research exchange between Phd students from Lebanon and Italy.



Heading the Italian delegation was Council Head Luigi Nicholas, who spoke of the paramount importance of cooperation between students representing both countries, making clear that the Italian council was already implementing an open cooperation policy with each of Germany and France.



In turn, Diab warmly welcomed the idea, seeing in this exchange many benefits for the development of the work market.



"We always seek, along with the national council for scientific research to boost partnership with Europe and the entire world," the Minister added.
