NNA - Lebanese citizen Atef Mohammad Khaled was found dead on Wednesday at his Majdal Anjar residence, NNA correspondent said.



After investigating the circumstances which lead to the death of Khaled, the ISF forensic team discovered that he had been playing with a hand grenade that went off and caused his death.
