NNA - Kuwait’s National Petroleum Company said on Friday that a fire had broken out in the gas liquefaction unit at Mina Al-Ahmadi refinery and that it was being dealt with

The National Petroleum Company reported that “a fire broke out a while ago during the maintenance operations of the gas liquefaction unit No. 32 at the Mina Al-Ahmadi refinery, and the company has activated the emergency plan.”

“The refinery’s firefighting teams are currently dealing with the fire,” KNPC added in a tweet.
