NNA - House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Thursday received at the Second Presidency in Ain El-Tineh, Romanian Ambassador to Lebanon, Radu Catalin Mardare, with whom he discussed the current general situation in Lebanon and the region, as well as the bilateral relations between the two countries.
Speaker Berri also welcomed at Ain El-Tineh, EU Commissioner for Crisis Management, Mr. Janez Lenarčič.
Discussions touched on the latest developments in Lebanon and the region.
Berri later met with Caretaker Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, over the country’s general situation, especially the security ones.
