NNA - Member of Parliament, Abdul Karim Kabbara, on Tuesday stressed in the wake of his meeting with PM-designate,Najib Mikati, at the House of Parliament the need to form a new government that implements a recovery plan and finds a solution to the electricity dossier. 

“I’ve discussed with PM Mikati an array of Tripoli issues, including the recent collapse of a building in said region and the tragic sinking of the boat. I’ve asked of the PM to give priority to Tripoli because it desperately needs it,” the lawmaker added.
