NNA - Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, on Thursday met at the Grand Serail with the Director for the Middle East and North Africa at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) Stephen Hickey, in presence of British Ambassador to Lebanon, Dr. Ian Collard.

Discussions reportedly touched on the current developments in Lebanon and the region.

On the other hand, Mikati received Canadian Associate Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Cynthia Termorshuizen, accompanied by Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Chantal Chastenay.

Discussions touched on the bilateral Lebanese-Canadian relations and the means to develop them.

Separately, Mikati met with Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Saadé Chami.
