NNA - National Dialogue Party Head, MP Fouad Makhzoumi, launched his electoral campaign today under the headline: "Beirut needs a Heart".

Makhzoumi declared that his campaign comes in light of his "keenness on Beirut" and his ability to "overturn the equation," in addition to "the capital's need for a brave, authentic and courageous heart that shares a mutual devotion for the city and its people, and a representative who can work to stop waste and corruption."
