NNA - The Council of Ministers’ second session has kicked off at the Grand Serail after a break that lasted for half an hour. 

Acting Minister of Information, Abbas Al-Halabi, said, “We have reached Article 39 of the draft budget in our discussions, and we resume the second session with discussions over Article 40. The second session will continue until 6:00 pm.”
