Interior Minister: Voter turnout estimated at 41.4% across Lebanon

NNA - Minister of Interior and Municipalities Bassam Mawlawi said that the overall voter turnout is estimated at 41.4% nationwide, with the highest participation recorded in Keserwan.

 

According to Mawlawi, the estimated turnout in each district is estimated as follows:

28.5% in Beirut I, 38.33% in Beirut II, 55.93% in Mount Lebanon I (Jbeil-Keserwan), 42.7% in Mount Lebanon II (Metn), 43.44% in Mount Lebanon III (Baabda), 44.49% in Mount Lebanon IV (Chouf-Aley), 42.3% in South I (Sidon-Jezzine), 42.77% in South II (Sidon-Tyre), 41.76% in South III (Hasbaya, Marjayoun, Nabatieh, Bint Jbeil), 40.73% in North I (Akkar), 30.6% in North II (Mineh, Dannieh, Tripoli), 38.45% in North III (Zgharta, Bcharre, Koura, Batroun), 43.02% in Bekaa I (Zahle), 34.2 in Bekaa II (Rashaya, West Bekaa), and 48.9% in Bekaa III (Baalbek-Hermel).
