NNA – Bint Jbeil - Doors were closed at polling stations in the district of Bint Jbeil, as ballot boxes were moved to the counting places while voters who queued in front of the stations waiting for their turn to vote were allowed inside the stations to prevent any newcomer from entering.

The electoral process in this district and all its centers took place in a calm and democratic manner, with no problems recorded.

The voter turnout in the third southern constituency reached around 63 thousand out of 163 thousand voters in the district as a whole, i.e. approximately 40%.

This percentage is an average since the voter turnout reached 70% in some villages, while it did not exceed 10% in other villages. Therefore, this percentage may rise to 45% with the voting of those who are still inside polling stations.
