NNA - The Permanent Military Tribunal, chaired by General Roger Helo, has returned the Khaldeh events case to the military prosecution to provide its opinion on the bill of indictment submitted against defendant Suheil Nawfal.

It is to note that on March 16, the tribunal adjourned the trial of the detainees in the case over the said bill.
