NNA - British Prime Minister Keir Starmer confirmed that his country and France are working together on a "plan to stop the fighting" between Ukraine and Russia, hours before a decisive summit was held in London with dozens of European officials, according to Agence France-Presse.

Starmer told the BBC: “The United Kingdom, along with France and perhaps one or two other countries, will work with Ukraine on a plan to stop the fighting, and then we will discuss this plan with the United States.”
