NNA - Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang stated that "Beijing is committed to cooperating with the United States to achieve mutual benefit between the two countries," according to "Novosti" news agency.
 
During a meeting with US businessmen in Beijing on Saturday, Gang said that his country always advocates mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, and cooperation between China and the United States, in a way that achieves mutual benefit between the two sides, stressing that "China's position has not changed."

"China-US relations are one of the most important strategic relations around the world," Gang added, noting that "improving relations between Beijing and Washington will benefit the whole world, otherwise the whole world will suffer."
