NNA - Greek Minister of Protection of Citizens, Takis Theodorikakos, said today that "his country will construct a 180-kilometer-long fence to isolate it from its neighbor Turkey," according to "Russia Today".

He stated that the Greek Government Council for Foreign Affairs and Defense (KYSEA) decided earlier to build a fence along the entire Evros River, noting that "his country will immediately start building the first phase of the fence, with a length of 35 kilometers."

Actually, 100 million euros have already been allocated for this purpose.
