NNA - US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced today that Russia's restrictions on Ukraine's grain exports may have contributed to the unrest in Sri Lanka, expressing concern that it may cause another crisis.

"We see the repercussions of this Russian aggression everywhere. It may have contributed to the situation in Sri Lanka, and we are concerned about its repercussions around the world," Blinken told reporters in Hong Kong, quoted by Agence France-Presse.
