NNA - Caretaker Minister of Education, Dr. Abbas Al-Halabi, returned to Beirut on Thursday after concluding an extensive work visit to the European Union headquarters and the European Commission in Brussels, which focused on the educational recovery plan, and the provision of educational components in public schools.
