9:00 am     Launch of the “River Companions” project organized by Solidarités International, in partnership with the Lebanese Red Cross, the French Red Cross, and the National Council for Scientific Research (CNRS-L), at CNRS headquarters – Beirut.

9:30 am      Opening of the international scientific conference "AI in Healthcare: Shaping the Present and Redefining the Future", hosted by the Faculty of Dental Medicine at Saint Joseph University, at the Medical Sciences Campus, Damascus Road – Beirut. The event is held under the patronage of Minister of the Displaced and Minister of State for IT and AI, Kamal Chahadeh. The conference runs through May 16.

9:30 am       Culture Minister Ghassan Salamé, accompanied by Chinese Ambassador Qian Minjian and Conservatory President Dr. Hiba Al-Kawas, inspects the resumed construction of the National Conservatory in Dbayeh, near the Conference Palace.

4:00 pm        Opening of the 66th Beirut Arab and International Book Fair, organized by the Arab Cultural Club, under the patronage of Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, at Sea Side Arena – Beirut Waterfront. The fair runs until May 25.

5:30 pm         Introductory meeting hosted by "Tahalof Watani" with candidates of the 2025 "Beirut Madinati Coalition" list, at Tahalof Watani’s office – Ashrafieh, Fiat Bridge.

6:00 pm        Opening of the exhibition "Palestinian Women in the Eyes of Arab Artists" by Tash Fesh at the Beirut Book Fair.

7:00 pm        Opening of the “Made in Lebanon” exhibition, hosted by the Ministry of Economy and Trade at Forum de Beyrouth, under the patronage and in the presence of Minister of Economy and Trade Dr. Amer Bassat.
