09:30 am     The Cabinet convenes at the Government Serail.

10:00 am       The Public Works, Transport, Energy, and Water Committee, chaired by MP Atieh, meets to discuss a proposed law aiming to extend the deadline for submitting requests to regulate unlicensed wells, submitted by MP Ahmad Al-Khayr, and a proposed law aiming to establish a mandatory syndicate for public works and construction contractors in Lebanon, submitted by MP George Adwan.

11:30 am     A delegation from the leadership council of the "Movement for Change" party, led by lawyer Eli Mahfoud, meets with Sheikh Sami Abu Al-Munah, the Druze community's spiritual leader, at the Druze Community House in Beirut.

6:00 pm     The "Faces of the Earth" exhibition by artist Maroun Al-Hakim opens at Escape Gallery in Ashrafieh until 9:00 PM. The exhibition runs until March 9th, opening daily from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

7:00 pm     The "Secular Meeting" holds a public discussion session on the 2023 report issued by the Sectarianism Observatory, at the "Civil Society Movement” center in Badaro.
