12:30 pm      Ninth annual banquet marking the establishment of the Romanian Cultural Society, and the honoring of Professor Antoine Massara, at the Marina Club - Dbayeh, under the auspices of Caretaker Minister of Education Judge Abbas Al-Halabi.
