NNA - President of the Christian Democratic Union of Lebanon, MP Nehmtallah Abi Nasr, addressed Saturday the followinbg cable of condolences to Russian Ambassador to Lebanon, Alexander Rudakov:

"It is with deep sorrow, and profound regrets, that we present to you and to the Russian Federation our sincere condolences for the tragic loss of innocent people in Russia resulting from the barbaric terrorist attack. 

We, the Lebanese people, who have suffered the same for more than a quarter of a century, understand and feel your pain.

We seize this opportunity to stress our solidarity with the Russian  people, and the free democratic world in general.

We stand heavily by your side in your effort and commitment to put an end to terrorism.

May God bless the innocent souls and give Russia and the Russian people the force and courage to overcome this tragedy.
