NNA – Caretaker Environment Minister Nasser Yassin published on his Facebook page a video of an air quality check in the vicinity of the silos, after the fall of a number of silos, by a specialized team from the CBRN in the Lebanese Army and the Environment, Agriculture and Food Laboratory, LEAF, at the American University of Beirut.

Minister Yassin said, "We are now at the port after a number of silos fell to examine the air quality and emissions and to take a sample of the air to see if it carried fungi. The report will be published later."
