NNA - MP Salim Aoun commended the fresh action undertaken by the Progressive Socialist Party at the presidential level.

In remarks to Voice of All Lebanon radio station, Aoun rejected claims accusing the Free Patriotic Movement head, MP Gebran Bassil, of targeting the military institution.

Moreover, the "Strong Lebanon" bloc member saw that "we are still far from agreeing on a name for president, but the ongoing initiatives can bear fruit."
