NNA – Caretaker Minister of Labor, Mustafa Bayram, on Wednesday received Caretaker Telecoms Minister, Johnny Corm, and Chairman of the Parliamentary Media and Communications Committee, Dr. Ibrahim al-Moussawi.

Discussions reportedly touched on the telecom file, especially with regard to the employees' strike, whereby they agreed on a mechanism to follow up on the issue with the concerned syndicate, given the role of the Ministry of Labor in addressing these matters.

An urgent meeting will be held with the Syndicate at the Ministry of Labor, in the presence of MP Al-Moussawi, as per a statement from Minister Bayram’s press office.
