NNA - Caretaker Minister of Energy and Water, Dr. Walid Fayad, on Tuesday left for Cairo to attend the fourteenth session of the Arab Ministerial Council for Water in the League of Arab States, which Lebanon has presided over during its previous session. 

Minister Fayyad will hand over the presidency of the council to his Libyan counterpart; he will also participate in the Fourth Arab Water Conference under the title "Arab Water Security for Life; Development and Peace". 

Fayad is scheduled to deliver a speech marking this occasion.
