NNA - Lebanese Forces leader, Samir Geagea, on Tuesday saw that the Free Patriotic Movement has proposed the setup of voting megacenters only to postpone the parliamentary elections, scheduled for May 15.

"The reasons that led the FPM to return to calling for megacenters have become clear, especially that Gebran Bassil and his ministers and lawmakers are well aware that it is impossible to set up voting megacenters within the remaining period until the elections," Geagea said in a statement,

"We were the first to call for establishing megacenters, and we still do, but not to use them as a pretense to put off or topple the polls," he added.

"The positions of the FPM ministers during the first meeting of the ministerial committee tasked with studying the possibility of setting up megacenters showed the Movement's intention to postpone the elections," he saw.
