NNA - The Netherlands, runner-up of the World Championships for three times, in 1974, 1978 and 2010, qualified today for the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Qatar, by defeating the United States of America 3-1 (first half 2-0), in the match that took place between them this afternoon at Khalifa International Stadium in the capital, Doha.

The Dutch team played a fast ball from the depths and penetrated through the sides to hit the American defense. The players managed to score twice in the first half of the game.
