NNA - Winding up his sports tour to Turkey, Caretaker Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. George Kallas, on Tuesday met with his Turkish counterpart, Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu, with whom he  discussed youth and sports affairs of mutual interest to the two friendly countries.

The pair also discussed the historical relations between the two countries and ministries, means of cooperation in the youth and sports fields, as well as setting a road map for cooperation between the two ministries.

Minister Kasapoğlu invited Kallas to a youth conference and festival that will be held in August 2022. In turn, Minister Kallas invited his Turkish counterpart to visit Lebanon and attend the youth activities that are being prepared.
