NNA - Prime Minister Najib Mikati declared tomorrow as an official mourning day for the victims of the boat that sank last night off Tripoli's shores. 

In mourning, the flags hoisted on all state administrations, official institutions and municipalities will be flown at half-staff and regular programs on radio and television stations will be modified in accordance with the painful occasion.

Meanwhile, Mikati contacted Social Affairs Minister Hector Hajjar, asking him to head to Tripoli to provide everything necessary for the families of the victims.

He also assigned the Secretary-General of the Higher Relief Commission, Major General Mohammad Khair, to stand by the bereaved families and provide them with all possible assistance.
