NNA - The families of the Lebanese hostages held in Syria staged a sit in in front of the Turkish embassy in Rabyeh.

Owad Ibrahim, one of the two Lebanese hostages who were freed recently, took part in the sit in which aims at pressing the Turkish authorities to speed up the release of the Lebanese captives.

The families slammed the Turkish ambassador to Lebanon, warning that all the Turkish nationals, including those serving in the UNIFIL forces will be treated as persona non grata from now on.

The sit in occurred amid tight security measures.
